The journal publishes related topics Scientifica basic sciences, clinical sciences, surgical sciences, preventive-social medicine, maternal and child medicine, medical education, updates, and miscellaneous medical ethics. For this purpose consider publications in the following sections: original articles, feature articles, literature reviews, case reports and letters to the editor.

Spaces are open to students of human medicine as a member of the medical community who wish to publish their work, meeting with the editorial policies set forth below.

Revision of the items will request:

1. Editing: Work is referred to the Editorial Board

2. Or external peer review (peer review): They refer to external review all manuscripts not rejected at first instance by the Editorial Board.

3. Editorial Board: Considering the reports and the assessment made previously, the Editorial Board in decision to publish or not publish the manuscript.

4. Revision after acceptance of work: They are subject to an editorial correction.

5. Proofs: final version prior to publication

Publications will be considered in the following sections: original articles, feature articles, literature reviews, case reports and letters to the editor.

The original articles are divided into the following sections: 1.Carta Advisor 2.Pagina Title 3.Resumen 4.Introducción 5.Material and method, 6.Resultados 7.Discusión 8.Agradecimientos 9.Bibliografía, 10.Tablas and Figures . Clinical cases will be divided into the following sections: 1. Counsel's letter. 2. Title page, 3.Resumen (unstructured), 4. Introduction, 5. Presentation of the case (which should include current illness, past history, physical examination, interconsultations, ancillary testing, differential diagnosis and treatment), 6. Discussion 7.Bibliografía. 8. Tables and figures (see revistascientifica.blogspot.com)

The literature review will be divided into the following sections: 1. Counsel's letter. 2. title page, 3. Abstract (unstructured), 4. Introduction, 5. Case (Presentation of the review), 6. Discussion 7. Acknowledgments 8. Bibliography, tables and 9 figures

Letters to the Editor the text should not exceed 500 words (excluding references), with an illustration or table. The sections are ordered as follows: 1. Title page 2. Text 3. References

1. Fully follow established rules for presentation of papers in the journal Scientifico
