The analysis focuses on the "Implementation of Number Portability in the Mobile Telephony Services in Bolivia." In this regard, the relevant aspects of number portability, benefits and progress in its implementation in Bolivia and Latin America are detailed. A review of existing levels of NP and its implementation mechanisms is in addition to the existing rules. Finally, implementation of the model called "All Call Query" is recommended, and the steps that mobile operators must continue to adapt their networks.
