Abstract
SANTANA ANGELES, Félix; VEGA MILLAN, Iván; MENDEZ MENDEZ, Máximo de Jesús and GALVAN MADRIGAL, Jesús Alberto. The experience of open archive at the Constituent Assembly of the City of Mexico. Rev. Fuent. Cong. [online]. 2017, vol.11, n.52, pp. 07-17. ISSN 1997-4485.
The process of elaboration of the first Political Constitution of Mexico City closes an era of intense debates begun 193 years ago; with its publication, the City is recognized as an integral entity of the Federation and a vanguardist model of government is granted that recognizes the contradictions inherent in the political and cultural plurality of the country's capital. The Historical Archive Unit of the Constituent Assembly was the body in charge of documenting the work carried out during this process, as well as the elaboration of it, always from the figure of open parliament. The purpose of this paper is to describe the procedure followed by the Constituent Assembly of Mexico City, prior to its formation until the publication of the Constitution on February 5, 2017; In the same way, the classification process (organization and organization) and description of the documents, videos and audios that defined the final wording of the Constitution will be explained. Finally, the current stage in which the file is located on the eve of its full integration in 2018 will be reported.
