Bolivia's history records a Pre-Columbian period, major developed before the conquest, the Andean, Amazonian and Chaco cultures, originally settled in the territory, had a great cultural politic and organizational development, forging a very efficient productive economic system based on a strong social organization that enabled the development of appropriate technologies to counter the adverse climatic and physiographic conditions.They refer to nature, to create its various scientific and religious expressions, adapting and changing the landscape. Everything that was created is diversifying in the cosmic belly known as mother earth, therefore earth is the generator of life that bears fruit, which nourishes and protects. Production infrastructures that were adapted to the landscape and enabled them to counter the climatic rigors were numerous, highlighting the sukakollu, taqanas, q'ochas or q'otas, tarazukas, q'otañas, raised fields, cultivation terraces, drainage systems, associated management systems and preservation of natural resources, whether they still exist and are alternatives to global climate change
