Abstract

The case of a patient of 37 years old is described, she is from Potosi. She had two sort of primary gynecological neoplasms: adenocarcinoma of endometrium (first), and papillary cystoadenocarcinoma of ovaries (second). She was treated in "Germán Urquidi" Maternal and Children's Hospital without important personal history. She was admitted with no specific symptomatology and complementary studies, such as, cytological study, cervix biopsy, vaginography, cystoscopy, rectosigmoidoscopy and Chest X-ray, those one suggested diagnosis. At the beginning, she was treated in two surgeries for the classification and cytoreduction followed by satisfactory post- surgery evolution. It was indicated absolute discharge the fifth day of admit and later she was send to clinical oncology unit of Viedma Clinical Hospital. At the moment she carries on with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
