The use of durum wheat is specifically for human consumption, being the pasta production its main use. Durum wheat is characterized by the high content of semolina, which gives to the pasta production the cohesive properties of the dough. The International Durum Wheat Yield Nursery (44 IDYN), is focused to observe the performance and adaptation of new durum wheat varieties, in a wide range of latitudes, climates, fertility and diseases that affect its performance. The study was established in order to identify promising genotypes, and evaluation of yield components in fifteen genotypes of durum wheat, it was set up under a complete random block design (DBCA). This research was established nationwide in three departments: Cochabamba, Chuquisaca and Tarija for two crop years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. The results showed that there are highly significant differences between lines and between locations, line 720 shows the highest grain yield with 2256 kg*ha^-1, the highest correlations were for variables spike length and number of spikelets per spike ( r = 0.57**), performance was correlated with the variable number of spikes per meter (r = 0.52**).
