QUISBERT SURCO, Heidy Verónica and CHILON CAMACHO, Eduardo. Efecto de AOLA sobre el rendimiento a diferentes densidades de siembra del cultivo espinaca (Spinacea oleracea L.) en ambiente atemperado en el Centro Experimental Cota Cota. ABSTRACT This work of investigation was carried out in the Cota Cota Experimental Center, belonging to the Faculty of Agronomy -UMSA; The following objectiveswere achieved: Evaluate the agronomic behavior of the spinach crop with the application of three levels of AOLA, evaluate the yield of the spinach crop with the application of AOLA and carry out a preliminary economic analysis of the production of spinach under the effect of the application of AOLA in a tempered environment. The research work was carried out on a surface used was 18 m2. The statistical Design used was Random Blocks Design (D.B.A.) with a bi-factorial arrangement, with 8 treatments and 3 repetitions, with Factor A planting densities at 30 * 30 cm. and 20 * 30cm and Factor B dose of AOLA at 15, 30 and 45%. The method of sowing used was by storage and transplant. The following variables were evaluated: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length and yield of green biomass; In addition, an analysis of the AOLA tested was carried out.The results obtained in the evaluated agronomic variables did not show statistical significance in terms of averages, weight if there were numerical differences; However, the variable yield of green biomass, T7 (Factor A 30 cm ./plant * 30cm./urum X Factor B dose 30% AOLA) was the one that presented a better result in the three harvests with an average weight of 15 , 17 gr. in the first harvest, 38.75 gr. second crop and 36.27 gr in the third harvest. Regarding the economic analysis of T7 treatment (Factor A 30 cm./plant * 30cm./urum X Factor B dose 30% AOLA) obtains a better benefit / cost with 1.70 Bs being the most recommended.
