Abstract The Hydroponic Green Forage (FVH), is a system of fodder grass cultivation, which is sown cereals, under special conditions, which will be harvested in a record time of 15 - 20 days. The present investigation was carried out in the Cota Cota Experimental Center, belonging to the Faculty of Agronomy; with the objective of evaluating the application of Organic Aerobic Liquid Fertilizer (AOLA) in the production of Hydroponic Green Forage in two varieties of barley (Hordeumvulgare L.). The completely randomized design (DCA) was used with a Bifactorial arrangement with 3 repetitions and 8 treatments, resulting from three doses of AOLA where only water was included as the control (0%, 10%, 20% and 30%). With respect to the characteristics of nutritional quality, the total amount of nitrogen is 1.94% that reached the V2T treatment (Creole - control variety), the phosphorus content is O.32%, correspondsto the V1D1 treatment (variety IBTA 80 - 10 % of AOLA), total potassium value was 75% and corresponds to the treatment V1 D2 (variety IBTA 80 -20% of AOLA), the contení of Organic Matter was 92.30% corresponding to the treatment V1 D3 (variety IBTA 80 -30 % of AOLA), in the highest protein value was 12.2% corresponding to the V2T treatment (Creole - control variety), the ash value is 5% that corresponded to the V1D2 treatment (variety IBTA 80 - 20% of AOLA) , and the value of dry matter is 14.60% that presents the treatment V2D1 (variety criolla - 10% of AOLA). Regarding the variable preliminary economic analysis, according to the results of the cost benefit, it is established that the V2T treatment (Creole - control variety) with a B / C of 1.62 is the one that obtained the highest profitability.
