    Abstract The research work emphasizes the importance of the evaluation of the teaching performance in the training process allowing to describe the characteristics from a teaching-learning perspective. One of the preponderant factors towards a quality education is the continuous improvement is for this reason that the formative function is transposed from an integral student teaching approach, whose educational work within the classroom is fundamental. At present the universities face challenges and challenges of being able to elevate the quality of formation of the students looking for the competitiveness oriented to the context where they develop with pertinence. The objective of this research work is to be able to: Analyze the performance of the teacher according to the Teaching and Learning Process by the fourth semester students of the Business Administration Course. The results of this study will be very useful for continuous improvement since it will allow an X-ray of the educational work sought to improve this at its different levels. The concept of education as a public good has an impact on the association of the quality of higher education and social inclusion (Cres, 2008). The problem of the present study is focused on being able to describe the following thread of the investigation: What are the factors that affect the evaluation of teaching performance of the PEA in the Career of Business Administration of the UAJMS? The methodology used in the work was worked with a population of 360 students and a random sample of students corresponding to the fourth semester to which a survey was applied in parallel was used to cement a group of teachers to make a cross of information with regarding his work in the classroom. Subsequently, the results of the study are presented with its discussion and conclusions addressed in it.
